Private Yoga

In a private yoga session, you’ll receive  a movement assessment to determine your flexibility, strength and balance. Then I'll modify or design a yoga program that is right for your body. If you have an injury or are experiencing pain, modifications will be made to your current practice. I can also design a completely new program customized to meet your specific needs. New and modified programs will be comprehensive, involving aspects of:

  • Pranayama (breath work) and centering

  • Warm ups

  • Asana (physical practice)

  • Relaxation and meditation

    During the Corona pandemic, these sessions can be done online via zoom conferencing
