Women Aging Well - The Wisdom of Movement and Stillness

Do you feel like your life is changing as you age? Do you struggle with wanting things to be different than they are?

This workshop offers an opportunity to investigate these questions through an exploration of flexibility, balance and strength. Practices include gentle movement, breathing, guided meditation, relaxation and personal reflection.

Please join us as we delve into the effects of aging on body, mind and spirt. No yoga experience is necessary. Women of all ages are welcome.

This workshop will be offered in collaboration with Rhoda Miriam

Rhoda Miriam, Certified Yoga Therapist, ERYT-500 Registered Yoga Teacher, Life Coach and Artist, created Yoga for Slow Living™ to encourage her students and private clients to slow down. Since 1993, her safe and gentle guidance continues to support those drawn to self-discovery and self-empowerment on the yoga mat and in everyday life.
